What is CURVA Coach? +
CURVA Coach is a personal strength and conditioning coach that lives in your phone. It builds a training programme around your sport, position, body and schedule — and updates it every two weeks based on your progress.
How is it different from a generic training plan? +
A generic plan doesn't know you're a rugby prop, that you play on Saturdays, that you're nursing a shoulder niggle, or that your gym only has free weights. CURVA Coach takes all of that in and builds around it. It's a coach, not a plan.
Which sports does CURVA support? +
Rugby, football, cricket, basketball and hockey. With position-specific programming across all five.
How does the biweekly check-in work? +
Every two weeks, your coach reviews your progress and updates your programme. It adjusts based on how you're performing, what's changed in your schedule, and where you are in your season.
Can I use CURVA if I'm carrying an injury? +
Yes. Tell your coach what you're carrying and it builds around it. You can also ask your coach directly about managing specific injuries — 24/7, in the app.
Is there a free version? +
Yes. You can download CURVA and use it to log your own sessions, create workouts and track lifts for free. CURVA Coach — the personal coaching experience — is a paid subscription.
Do I need to be an elite player? +
No. CURVA Coach is built for serious players who train with intent — from academy level through to adult amateur and semi-professional. The only requirement is that you want to get better.
