Delete Your Account

If you would like to permanently delete your CURVA account and any associated personal data, please contact us via email using the details below. Once your request is processed, your account will be deactivated and your data scheduled for deletion in line with our data retention policies.

How to request deletion

To request deletion, please send an email to general@curva.co.uk from the email address linked to your CURVA account.

In your email, please include:

• Your full name
• The email address associated with your CURVA account
• A short statement confirming that you want your account and associated data to be deleted

What happens next

Once we receive your request, we will verify your identity and begin processing the deletion of your account. We will confirm via email when the deletion is complete or if we need any additional information.
